Our Restaurant, particularly painstaking, during the lovely season overlooks the panoramic romantic terrace situated just on the delightful Portonovo Bay; our Chef Paolo Antinori proposes everyday prevalently fish oriented savoury traditional dishes from the Marches and from Italy.

Our cookery is characterized from the sea and from its seafood; our  "Moscioli" D.o.p. di Portonovo (mussels) are very famous, as well as our  "Varolo" (seabass), our "Stoccafisso" (dried cod) and our "Brodetto all' Anconetana" (fish soup) cooked according to the ancient Ancona Accademy recipe.

Absolutely to try also our "Paccasassi", a particular vegetable that grows among the rocks of Portonovo, in the nearby of the sea: it is fantastic matched with our marinated anchovies or with our soft and white squids.
